You can easily find the place, it is in front of Copthorne Hotel Penang, in Tanjung Bungah.
The entrance fee is RM 10 for adult and RM 6 for children below 12 years old. Penang Toy Museum opens at 9.00 am till 8.00 pm everyday. The contact details below.
